Cernol Chemicals Ltd was incorporated in 1970, as a joint venture between Chemical Services & Poncini & Fils Ltd.

The success of Cernol Chemicals Ltd as a specialty chemicals business has been based on manufacturing under license and excellence in technical service for our customers. Cernol Chemicals consists of Divisions according to the industry served and several of these Divisions matured into autonomous companies which now form the Cernol Group of companies.
